law need to be strictly followed and enposed

As we can see that today there are quite number of cases which took place in front of us and make us think that how one can perform such act and what the Law enforcement agencies are doing.
And so one thing which come in our mind is it The Law in which some weak points are there as many power filled people try to use those weak points and do what ever they want. Like number of crimes is been increasing day by day besides the fact that it is been said that the number of people in police and other security is been increased, then how one can commit crime instead of the fact that there is so much tight security.
Just tell one thing that is there any place which u feel safe as u can be targeted ate any time at any place. or we can say that its the world of power the one who got power he or she can dominate the society.
If in today's world situation is too worse then why every one is thinking that brutal punishments like Capital punishment should be abolished. the main reason for this thinking is that we are having double standards for every situation and we want harshness for other and politeness for our self.
there is a need to first make a straight thinking and try to improve yourself to ward the world and toward the law of the world. If some strictness is been done in law then it should be accepted by every one as its is for the well being of the normal person.

WHAT WE THINK ABOUT LAW AND THE LEGAL SYSTEM

let us take into consideration some of the known cases like mumbai bomb blast case as its now about 14 years since the bombing took place and still at the starting stage all the accused are not been given punishment. As we all know that in this case one way or the other there were number of times the adjournment were granted.

we can have many other examples upon the same fact like Jassica lal murder case, Mattu's case and many other in due to the intervention of the public interest make the legal system to decide these cases as early as possible.

now as we all say generally that the judicial system is really slow but i m of the opinion that they are wrong as they are only seeing the one aspect of the legal system. And they dont want to look into the other aspect of this legal system.
Let me Share this thing with them like why such justice is delayed its not only in the hand of judiciary like there are number of parties involved in one case like the complainant, defendant, the witness, the interested party and so on and one most important person is the Advocate him self. so its in the hand of these other people due to which a case can be run smoothly or they can put hurdles in the path of the smooth running of the case.
Now those people who Say's that getting a justice from a law is really time consumming and its just because of procedure i must say that they have to think again as its because of them the justice is delayed
